In a hospital setting, sanitation is of utmost importance. Scrub sinks in operating rooms and surgical centers must maintain a specific temperature for proper hand washing. Instant-Flow Micro and Instant Temp Applications offer factory-preset and field-adjustable temperature to maintain proper heat and prevent scalding. Water is delivered in two seconds as opposed to the six seconds it normally takes to reach temperature. Plus, Chronomite tankless water heaters are less expensive than a mixing valve and more reliable.
